Vibrant Kitchens is an owner-operated Canberra business renovating kitchens in existing homes. Rob leads the design and personally manages the renovation, and the cabinetry is manufactured in our own workshop in Mitchell.
Who we are
Small enough to stay accountable, set up to run the whole job
We're not a showroom chain and we're not a one-person operation working out of a ute. Rob designs the kitchen and manages the renovation from first measure to handover. Cabinetry is manufactured in the Vibrant Kitchens workshop in Mitchell. Skilled installers and trusted Canberra trades — electricians, plumbers, tilers, plasterers, painters and flooring — come into the project as the job needs them.
That structure is deliberate. It's big enough to run a complete renovation properly and sequence trades in the right order, and small enough that the person who drew your kitchen is the person on the phone when you call.
We focus on complete kitchen renovations in existing homes across Canberra and the ACT, rather than new builds or supply-only cabinetry.

Made by us
Cabinetry is manufactured on our own machinery in Mitchell, cut for your kitchen rather than ordered as standard modules. If a site measure turns up a surprise, we change it ourselves.
Managed by us
Trades, deliveries and sequencing are our job, not yours. Because those three things stay connected, responsibility for the finished result stays with us.
How we work
We renovate the kitchen. Not just supply one.
A lot of kitchen companies sell cabinetry and leave the rest of the renovation to you: finding a plumber, booking an electrician, chasing the tiler, working out who is meant to be there on which day. That's the part of a renovation that goes wrong.
We take the whole job. Removing the old kitchen, the services work, cabinetry, benchtops, splashback and tiling, flooring, plastering and painting, appliance installation, fit-off and handover — scoped at the consultation and scheduled by us.
We stand behind the cabinetry we manufacture with a 7-year structural cabinetry warranty. Hardware, benchtops, surfaces and other supplied products are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
